Spring Walking Challenge

Join The Spring Walking Challenge!

Spring is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to get outside, soak up some fresh air, and move your body! That’s why I’m inviting all practice members (and anyone else who wants to join!) to participate in our Spring Walking Challenge—a fun way to stay active, boost your health, and enjoy the changing season.

Challenge Details:

  • March 20 – April 20

  • Goal: Walk 150 miles total during the challenge

  • Prizes:

    • Grand Prize: Whoever walks the most miles will win a 60-minute massage with Danielle Dudley of St. Louis Prenatal Massage and Wellness (she works with both women and men!).

Bonus Reward: Everyone who reaches 150 miles will get a FREE adjustment!

This is a great way to stay motivated, build healthy habits, and enjoy movement as part of your daily routine. Walking is fantastic for your body and mind, and what better time to commit to it than spring?

Join Dr. Skylar for this free event exploring the vital role of brain development, key milestones, and what happens when children face challenges along the way. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or healthcare provider, this talk will provide valuable insights to better understand and support the children in your life.
